Who we are

AI Docs, Inc. is a veteran-owned software company based in Oak Brook, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Our AI Docs product empowers small and midsized companies to efficiently create, execute, and manage their contracts with simple rules. The AI Docs software is also used by businesses to generate sales documents such as proposal and ROI’s and by high schools to better serve students through the fast creation of more individualized college letters of recommendation.

Leadership

Ron Mouw

CEO & Owner

Ron has worked in the software industry for over twenty years. Most notably, Ron co-founded Configure One, Inc., a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software company that he helped lead from 2000 – 2015 into a successful, international business. He has had a keen interest in software ever since he started programming his Commodore 64 in the 80’s. Ron attributes his leadership foundation to his training and experience as a U.S. Army officer. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife of 32 years and two teenage daughters. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Chris DiEllo

Executive Vice President

Chris has been involved in the software industry for over twenty-five years. In his first role as an Application Engineer with a 3D CAD software company, Chris learned the key to offering an appropriate solution is to accurately identify and understand the problem. His resulting desire to help people and organizations is the basis for his ongoing journey to improve as a servant-leader. Chris lives in southwest Florida with his wife on a small farm, home to their dogs, horses, and chickens. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
